I offer appointments at a time to suit both your diary and your motivational state. Some people like to exercise early in the day, others feel most energetic in the evenings. I can work around your timetable to create a personal plan that best suits you.
I will keep a record of your starting point and short, medium and long term goals to ensure that you are always progressing forward. You will also learn new skills that you can take away to use in your usual gym or at home.
Sessions are £40 per hour when booking a block of six, or £45 per hour for individual sessions.

I really cannot recommend Amy enough! After a prolonged period of injury/ stress/ weight gain I needed help getting back into exercise safely. At my first consultation I really felt like Amy "got me". She really listens, and is so thorough with making sure you're doing each exercise correctly to get the most benefit.
